Introduction
Welcome to Oproggle. This Privacy Policy explains how Oproggle collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use the dashboard, guest lobby, prayer-room matching, Prayer Guard checks, XP, streaks, global chat, report tools, creator program links, social links, and related community features. References to “Oproggle,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator of Oproggle and the people or services helping us provide the product. References to “you” mean a guest, registered user, prayer giver, prayer requester, viewer, moderator, or visitor. This Policy is written to be practical, clear, and specific to the way Oproggle works.
2
Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to Oproggle pages, dashboards, prayer checks, matching queues, rooms, chats, report flows, profile or guest-session areas, and official Oproggle-hosted experiences that link to this page. It does not control third-party websites or platforms that you choose to open, such as Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google sign-in, payment processors, browser permission dialogs, or hosting providers. Those services may have their own privacy notices, settings, and account controls.
3
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate Oproggle, maintain prayer-room safety, prevent abuse, and keep progress features working. This may include account identifiers, username, display name, email if provided, guest-session IDs, online state, match queue state, room state, Prayer Guard status, transcript snippets, quiet/off-topic/prayer classification results, confidence signals, XP, streaks, rank, level, awards, chat messages, reports, social-link clicks, request URLs, IP address, browser type, device type, error logs, and security logs.
4
Sources of Information
We collect information directly from you when you create or claim an account, enter a room, send chat, submit a prayer request, pass a Prayer Check, report someone, or choose to use the microphone or camera. We also collect information automatically from your browser, device, cookies, local storage, session storage, and server logs. Some information may come from service providers such as authentication, hosting, moderation, analytics, speech, AI, or communication services.
5
Camera, Face, and Biometric Processing
Oproggle is designed around a no permanent face-storage approach. Camera access may be used for the live room experience or Prayer Check, but Oproggle is not intended to create a permanent faceprint, identity template, or long-term biometric profile. Your browser may ask you to allow camera access before Prayer Check or live room features can work. Your own camera feed may be shown locally to help you confirm your camera is working. If video rooms are enabled, your video may be transmitted to the matched room participant for the live session. Reports, abuse prevention, or moderation systems may process limited room evidence or technical signals when needed to protect users.
Browser camera permission is optional in the sense that you can deny it, but some Oproggle features may not work without it.
6
AI, Speech, and Prayer Detection
Prayer Guard uses microphone and speech-related signals to help determine whether a user is praying, likely praying, off-topic, quiet, or not ready. If no words are detected for the configured quiet window, Oproggle may show a quiet or no-speech state. Repeated non-prayer speech may pause XP, prevent progress, or trigger moderation review. Prayer-like speech may be used to unlock matching, award XP, or confirm a prayer-focused session. When local detection is not enough, Oproggle may send limited text snippets or classification context to an AI provider to improve detection accuracy.
7
Microphone, Speech, Transcripts, and AI Detection Details
Oproggle may process audio-derived text, partial transcripts, timing windows, silence lengths, repetition patterns, grace-period flags, and detector confidence. The goal is not to judge the quality of a prayer, but to protect the room from obvious off-topic use, silence farming, spam, harassment, or fake engagement. Oproggle may reduce AI calls by using local checks, cooldowns, confidence thresholds, deduping, and quiet/off-topic gates before requesting a stronger model.
8
Prayer Requests, Matching, and Rooms
Oproggle may use your role, prayer request, readiness state, Prayer Check status, level, online status, and queue state to match you with someone who wants prayer or someone who can pray for you. If you request prayer, your request may be shown to the person matched with you. If you choose to pray for someone, your room role and session status may be shown to the other participant. Room status may include joined, completed, skipped, reported, abandoned, next-match, mute, camera-off, leave, and report events.
9
Global Chat and Messages
If Oproggle provides global chat, lobby chat, or room messages, messages may be visible to other users and may be stored for moderation, abuse prevention, and product operation. Do not post passwords, addresses, phone numbers, payment details, private confessions, or anything you would not want moderators or recipients to see. Messages may be filtered, hidden, removed, or reviewed if they are reported or detected as abusive, unsafe, spammy, or off-topic.
10
Payments, Creator Program, and Rewards
If Oproggle adds paid features, donations, creator rewards, profile flair, or rank claims, payment processors or platform providers may collect payment details. Oproggle should not directly store full card numbers unless a compliant payment provider specifically handles that flow. Creator program features may involve profile flair, public clips, reward eligibility, account status, fraud prevention, and payout-related metadata. Additional creator terms may apply.
11
Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics
Oproggle may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and analytics tools to keep you logged in, remember guest status, store preferences, reduce repeated prompts, measure feature performance, and detect abuse. This may include login sessions, guest IDs, CSRF or security tokens, room state, muted state, reduced motion settings, camera-off state, page views, button clicks, error rates, pass/fail rates, quiet/off-topic rates, and feature usage. Clearing site data may reset guest progress or sign you out.
12
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Oproggle. This includes authenticating users, running guest sessions, matching prayer rooms, operating Prayer Guard, awarding XP and streaks, preventing abuse, handling reports, improving detection, fixing bugs, measuring performance, and communicating important updates. We also use information to protect prayer rooms from spam, harassment, impersonation, sexual content, scams, and off-topic disruption.
13
Legal Bases and Legitimate Reasons
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may describe different legal bases for processing information. Oproggle may process information because it is necessary to provide the service, because you consented to a feature such as camera or microphone access, because we have a legitimate interest in safety and fraud prevention, or because we must comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can refuse permission or stop using the feature.
14
How We Share Information
We do not sell your face data or prayer-room identity information. We may share limited information with service providers and integrations that help us run Oproggle, including hosting and infrastructure, authentication providers, AI and speech providers, analytics and error monitoring, moderation and safety tools, and legal or compliance recipients when required. We try to share only what is needed for the specific service or safety purpose.
15
Third-Party Links and Integrations
Oproggle may link to Discord, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, payment services, or other third-party platforms. When you click one of those links, the third party may collect information according to its own policy. Oproggle is not responsible for privacy practices of websites or apps we do not control. Review those services before sharing personal information with them.
16
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, unless a longer period is needed for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution. Guest data may expire faster and may be reset if you clear browser storage or do not claim an account. Account data, XP, streak history, reports, ban records, and safety logs may be kept longer when needed to preserve progress or protect the community.
17
Deletion, Correction, and Access
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of account-related information where applicable. We may need to verify that you control the relevant account or email before completing a request. Some information may be kept even after a deletion request if needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse investigations, or to protect other users. If you use Oproggle as a guest without claiming an account, we may not be able to verify that a later deletion request belongs to that guest session.
Guest deletion is harder if you never claimed an account, because Oproggle may not be able to verify the guest session belongs to you.
18
Children and Teens
Oproggle is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Oproggle only with permission from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent. If we learn that a child under 13 provided personal information without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Teens should avoid sharing sensitive personal details in prayer rooms or chat.
19
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. This may include HTTPS, access controls, logging, abuse detection, rate limits, provider security settings, and limited access to sensitive records. No website or realtime communication service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using a secure device, protecting your account, and avoiding oversharing in live rooms or chat.
20
International Users
Oproggle may be operated from the United States or use providers in different countries. By using the service, information may be processed in locations that have different privacy laws than where you live. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards or provider terms for international transfers.
21
U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Oproggle will evaluate requests based on the law that applies to you and the type of information involved. We do not intend to sell personal information in the ordinary sense. If future features involve advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or data sharing that creates additional state-law choices, this Policy should be updated before launch.
22
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Oproggle changes. If changes are important, we may provide notice in the app, update the date at the top of this page, or require users to review the new policy before continuing. Your continued use of Oproggle after an update means the updated Policy applies going forward.
